5/15/2012: Wewoka Biogas Video

3/1/2012: CAT Power Profile

Caterpillar, a leader in many industries of heavy equipment and power production, has done a Power Profile on Enerdyne Power Systems. Showcasing the Alcoa Gas Producers site, Caterpillar commends Enerdyne in its forward thinking and utilization of harmful greenhouse gases to produce clean energy. 2/22/2012: Oak Grove in the News!

"Rick Chapman is a man of Productive Power!" Enerdyne's Midwest Regional Manager and OGPP Site Operator, Rick Chapman, was featured in the Pittsburg, KS paper, The Morning Sun, on Tuesday, February 22nd. 1/18/2012: Enerdyne named Partner of the Year

At EPA's 2011 LMOP Conference, Enerdyne Power Systems was named Industry Partner of the Year. With 2 energy projects, 1 direct use use, and 1 flare only site coming online in 2011, the LMOP felt that Enerdyne had what it takes to be the best of the best. 10/17/2011: Wewoka Site Online

Wewoka Gas Producers started sending gas to Commercial Brick on October 17th, 2011. After all the burner groups were tested, Kiln A at CBC was able to use the Landfill Gas to start firing bricks! Check out WGP's project page [here] to see photos from the project.

Greenville Gas Producers, LLC became the first project in the world to successfully verify and trade carbon credits under the stringent Voluntary Carbon Standard (VCS).

Introduction to Landfill Gas

Landfill gas is generated by decomposing trash in landfills. Most municipal solid waste (MSW) typically begins to decompose by the time it leaves a residence and has potential to continue decomposing for 30 years or more.
